If you decide to go ahead with an order, please contact us detailing your requirements, by emailing us at info@crocodillydesigns.co.uk or by visiting the Ordering page. Any aspect of the order can be discussed further in person, by telephone or email if you would prefer.
Once your order has been placed you will receive a completed sample of each item ordered and a full breakdown of the total cost. This provides an opportunity for you to proofread any wording, check you are happy and make changes if required. Once you are happy with everything we ask you to complete your order by signing and returning the confirmation form along with a 50% deposit.
Invitations, Reply Cards and Thank You Cards will then be sent out to you by the agreed date. A complete guest list will then need to be confirmed for the Place Cards and Seating Plans, if requested.
In order to ensure the highest level of service, we ask that this is provided 4 weeks in advance of the wedding day.
